How do I pay with a credit or debit card?
When you have placed your shopping in your cart, proceed to the checkout. If you have not already created an account, you will be prompted to do so. This will provide us with your billing, shipping and email addresses. Once you are logged in, you can complete the checkout. In the payment method section, select the credit card option and fill in the required fields. Confirm the order and the payment will be made from your card.
How do I pay by cheque?
Follow the steps as above, but choose 'cheque' in the payment method section. Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an email confirmation, but we will need to receive your cheque before we can ship your items. Payment should be made out to THE CITRUS CENTRE and sent to:

Remember to include your order number with your payment. Please note we can only accept cheques in pounds sterling (£).
How long till I get my pictures?
We aim to despatch your order within 7 business days of us receiving payment. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation saying that we've received and are processing your order. You will receive a second e-mail notifying you that the order has been shipped.
We send our items using the royal mail standard service, and we would normally expect orders to be delivered within 1 week in the UK, 2 weeks in the EU and 3 weeks for the rest of the world. However, we suggest that you allow 28 days for delivery.
We can also provide a courier delivery at extra cost.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
The shipping rate is calculated according to the weight of your order and the location of the delivery address and added during the checkout process. We may send by recorded delivery so please ensure you are available to sign for the delivery at the stated address. You may wish to use a work address for delivery to allow this.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your picture purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. RMA numbers can be obtained by Emailing Us . Once you have received your RMA number please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
The Citrus Centre will not accept returns for any non-faulty pictures that are not in "as new" condition as they were received. Non-faulty items will be accepted if returned with RMA number and in their original packaging but we regret that we are unable to reimburse the postage cost.
We take great care to ensure every piece leaves us in perfect condition. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been damaged during transport, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. We will reimburse the postage cost of faulty returns.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as we cannot consider returns that we don't receive.
